The strap used in all Paw Life products is BioThane, a synthetic material made up of a polyester lining with PVC coating. The soft leather-like feel of BioThane adds a touch of luxury without compromising on strength and durability. Unlike traditional leather, it won't crack or fray. Stainless Steel is renowned for it's durability and strength. Unlike other metals that may rust or tarnish over time, stainless steel remains resistant to rust and discolouration. It is Hypoallergenic and is a good choice for sensitive skin as it is unlikely to cause an allergic reaction.

Brass is a heavier buckle, looks elegant and will last much longer than steel. However, Brass will require more maintenance and cleaning as it is susceptible to tarnish from oxidisation of the metal.

Zinc Alloy is a mix of zinc, copper, aluminium and magnesium, making it hardy, strong, durable, light weight and is resistant to rust and corrosion.

Simply send an email to: paw_life@icloud.com and return your product in the original condition, unused to PO Box 973, Paradise Point, QLD 4216.

The only exception is, if your product has been personalised with your pets name and/or phone number, a refund can not be given. Although, we will endeavour to customise your personalised product, once returned by shortening or adding lengths to help make it fit.

Customer Satisfaction is very important to us and we will work with you to the best of our capabilities to make the product right for your pet.

Everyday use will require occasional wiping down of the product with a dry cloth and methylated spirits.

To fully clean your product, remove the screws with a flat head screwdriver, remove other hardware and put the product in the washing machine or use soapy water to remove mud, dirt, sand or grime followed by a wipe over with methylated spirits on a dry cloth. Then put the product back together with the hardware and the screws with a flat head screwdriver.
